On their website it states 33 Yorkville as.... "A Yorkville residence surrounded by luxury from under 1 million"
which makes me think its another new building to add to the 200+ meter list

Will this post be updated to reflected the new Cresford development or will there be a new thread created? Looks pretty exciting!

This thread and database file will be updated to reflect Cresford's plans as soon as they are made public!

Thats the lighting - looks black to me - same height as the 4 Seasons.

Well, it's still the last Wallman massing, not sure it's still the Wallman exterior though: Cresford is House of Clewes.

Based on the previous approvals and the tide of history, I suspect that Tower A is 46-4,13,14,24,34,44, so otherwise known as 40. At Tower B, 66 would also be minus 54 and 64, making it equal to 58 real storeys, but I suspect there are penthouse floors above that, likely 4 of them, as it was approved at 62.

Pretty typical in CityPlace buildings, and others…

I never noticed Cresford skipping floors.

Vancouver or BC banned the practice. It'll happen here too if it hasn't already.

honestly why does it matter... it's not like the floor number corresponds to anything of substance...
i vote we go with a hexadecimal system!!!
