This is all happening quickly. Any idea when the demolition should be complete?
looks like 1/6th gone in 2 weeks, so i'd say at this pace another 10 weeks to raze the garage and another 4 weeks to demolish the office bldg. and clean up the site
we'll most likely see them break ground on the condo towers in May/June...haha hopefully
 
I’m really shocked how underused this prime block of real estate has been given the length of Toronto’s condo boom.
 
As a 7-level parking garage it was very well used. Plus there was office space and some commercial units as well. Sure, parking facilities are not the most desirable uses of land in an urban centre but as far as parking garages go, it was probably one of the least offensive, architecturally-speaking, in the City.

It certainly wasn't a surface parking lot with a booth like 160 Front West. That was an underused piece of prime land.
