Normally gravel is a base for your floor which means they still have the floor stop before most likely so they are still not done on the lowest level I believe. We will wait and see. Probably be February before they do that anyways
 
I believe they are building a concrete raft which would be independent of the bottom floor. Usually have to add services such as drainage. Soil conditions must be unstable and bedrock out of reach in the area.
 
While on route to Prada…..there was a big pour today where as One Yonge’s Sky Tower 1/3 transfer slab pour was a dud in comparison on Friday.
