I went to Houston to visit some friends about 10 years ago, and have no desire to return (regardless of the political situation in the US). Totally car dependent, few attractions (they even list their version of PATH as one of their MAIN attractions) … hard pass! They have good tacos, I’ll give them that, but I can get even better ones in Mexico.

Atleast this isn't a hole, like it was for what, 2 years? It's hard to tell...with covid time this project seemingly started a decade ago, when in reality I think groundbreaking happened in late 2018 or early 2019.
I'm just glad it's moving, and rising. By winter we'll see some towers rising from here.
