While I think we have up to date renders/info here, I would note that there was a new SPA submission in July '23.
I would also note, they don't yet have notice of a complete application which strikes me as odd.
They've had the demo permit in hand for 2790 for over a year.

@Paclo this one appears to be at OLT with respect to the SPA and an MV.
CMC was held in March, no further proceedings scheduled currently.
