Right. No major difference I guess. Just that it seems like there's so much more 'tinkering' needed around the existing structure because of this whole exoskeleton design. But you're right - trying to achieve 'zero risk' (in any kind of project) would most certainly result in crazy delays. I'm sure they've got everything figured out. But if they need a guy who codes software for a living to offer them Civil Engineering advice, they know how to contact me if .No such thing as zero risk. Anyways, how is this different from any other tower being built?
