If it takes as long for the remaining floors as it has for the last 2, this site will be under construction for years.

As has been discussed many times above, they are currently working on the 'transition floors' between the old building and the new tower. Once they start the new (standard) floors (soon, I think), the speed will pick up and be equivalent to most other tall buildings.

Simply gorgeous. The frame both exposed and hinted at through the glass. It plays to the building on top of a building. The glass really works. Hints of the Bank of America building in NYC (maybe just the struts). The podium has presence and I can't wait to see what it looks like in its final form.
