No it is 6+ mechanical. It’s on 49th floor and it is a 55-floor building.

No it is a 55-floor Tower. Residential floor starts on Floor 21.

Oh, I thought it was 18 office + 37 residential. Have they actually added 2 floors to the original building so the final result will be 20 office + 35 residential?

Yup the amenities are on Floor 19 and 20.

What's the purpose of having small rectangular windows on the podium again . When the whole idea was to get rid of the vertical columns obstructing the outside view. They should of restored and kept the old version for the podium. Making this building look more unique than bland.
