wind action blew off unsecured metal barriers and other grosser construction debris from the Rosedale on Good Friday. A couple of them hit the terraces of 409 Bloor East and others crashed to the sidewalk, taking down hydro lines. Piece of ply formwork landed way over on the Shelbourne bridge too. Intersection was blocked off for hours.
