This is a strange one. They dug a lot, filled it all in, and then dumped off a big load of steel girders. You would think they would still be digging the foundation, not filling in what they dug out.
They likely dug out the old foundation as a part of the demolition, then backfilled to allow pile drivers to work. The steel girders are likely the piles.This is a strange one.
