The unspeakable spandrel situation on this building makes me so much more mad than similar junk around the city because I actually think the bones of this development from a geometry and massing and incorporating a decent amount of precast perspective are actually pretty good. I was looking forward to it. The incoherence of the spandrel is just staggeringly bad.
