The Unionville Condos: a proposed 9-storey mixed-use condominium designed by Baron Nelson Architects for Wealth Power Developments (WP Group) (operating as "inCAN Developments", "Intime Development Inc" and "K16 Urban Development Inc", formerly "Uptown Green Garden Inc") on the west side of Kennedy Road, south of New Yorkton Avenue, east of Kylemore Way and north of 16th Avenue in Markham's Angus Glen neighbourhood.

They recently finished demolishing the existing building and is more or less cleared up. I'll grab some photos when I can.

They have started sales with Sales Office at hwy 7 and Warden;
My agent told me it's going to be luxury finishes with a variety of suite types from 1bed to 3beds and townhomes.
 
Disappointing any little design details left was removed from VE since the original design .. just a massive bulky thing now
