I assume they have an anchor tenant for the office component? Or are they going build it and then cross their fingers, Portland Commons style?
 
Thanks to @Northern Light who informed me of a revised permit as a result of a Minor Variance decision here. The MV went through the process in 2023 and the changes listed below are now affirmed in the site plan agreement and issued building permits:
  • Storeys increased from 52 to 54
  • Height increased from 179.52 to 184.85m
  • Total residential units increased from 709 to 743
No new renderings, just a revised site plan & elevations:
