On a more serious note - the curved glass for the ground floor retail would be truly impressive if implemented as is.

I can see this becoming like the new Eaton Center Mall of Spadina area from looking at that photo above up above. When all is said and done the well podiums are going to stand out beautifully!

It kinda looks like the Indigo home section (which kinda makes me wonder if they will be a tenant there). Here's hoping the curved glass goes through as shown...we know HP has shown they like it in the past (1BE, King/Portland, 7 St Thomas).

That "Bookstore" retail space connects to a much, much larger space on the 2nd floor via a set of escalators.

I like outside-air escalators; this reminds me of buildings in Tokyo. Do escalators run properly when it's -20C though?

Was on the East side of the project yesterday, the "Stantec" parking lot portion, taking some pics of the Well. Notice a person approaching from the side/behind trying not to be noticed. I turned around and looked at him and he said hello, how are you. Good I replied and I started to walked past him while he was taking pictures of me. He was wearing a security jacket and I was next to their office. They must have a wall full of pics of me by now.

He followed me till he entered the security office. I went back and took more pics and then went to the west side as well for more pics.

Of note, looks like the cistern is getting a permanent cover.
