I'm holding out hope that the contrast between the red/orange terracotta fins and the forest green glass ends up grooving together nicely. I still believe that this complex will ultimately be a sum of its parts with none of the individual buildings ending up amazing but as a group will look pretty neat.

Now that's a nice colour for that brick. Better than the Selby and PJ imho. Would love to see more of this in the core.

Is it strange that they will have fins on a side that is relatively shaded (due to the neighbouring building) but have none on the south facade?

The office portion is looking really solid IMO. Nice glass and the bracing really helped on this one.
