predicting the future is tough these days...but I struggle to see a lot of new demand given the hybrid work from home flexibility everyone is aligning too right now.

If we were somewhere like NYC where the vast majority of companies already have an office space then maybe. But I think there's still so much whitespace for Toronto where companies will still need to setup a Canadian presence and have space for at least a partial group of employees to work at the office optionally (+ breakout rooms etc).
 
Okay, I didn't mean to derail this thread and create another debate about the future of office space demand. I was noting the fact that this project is almost all leased out.

Lets get the thread back on track.
FWIW I don’t think 4 messages is too much of a derail but sure thing, onwards and upwards ⚡
