Yeah, and probably a good thing that side walks have a buffer zone between them and the street... I'm sure the cyclists will appreciate the pedestrians not using those lanes as an extension of the sidewalk...The sidewalk on the north side of wellington is located behind those rose coloured bushes

lol What was i thinking? Somehow it looks like they're adding a lawn to meand I just saw the post by @DSC saying there's a sidewalk there already. Well, that's great then!
I think it’s just grass remediation, the existing sidewalk is to the north of the bushes, here’s a screenshot from Apple Maps. Unless they plan on widening the sidewalk so it’s on either side of the planters
