The amount of earth removed from this project is mindblowing. That last shot really shows that off!

Where does all the dirt and debris go?

There was a large discussion about that a little while ago - dirt is actually big business, nobody wants it, which means people will pay to dump it on your property, to the tune of a couple hundred bucks a load. It's also relatively unregulated - meaning there is a lot of shady dealings in it.

The only real large consumer of dirt is subdivision builders.

As to exactly where this is going, only the guys driving the trucks know. Probably a lot of different places.

The Office Tower will be completed first along with the basement of the entire site. next will be the condos along Front Street with the Wellington ones following later.

Nice, add 57 Spadina (1 bldg. 36s), 49 Spadina ( 1 office bldg. 20s), 400 Front Street (3 bldgs. 59s, 57s, 26s)
and Canada House (2 bldgs. 69s/59s), and you have a wild transformation of Front + Spadina, all which should be under construction at the same time before the Well is completed
