And so some one should check another site 440 Dufferin St. just as big or is longer thank you... and also just counted over 100 trucks sat. from 10 - 2 pm and stopped counting but i missed many more they must have started from 7 or 8 am .. and keep on coming and going dump trucks..3 pm already and still working sat.. am guessing they can get a lot done traffic a lot lighter...

Apparently the portlands project is using "local clean soil", so it wouldn't surprise me if some of it is going there. But generally, it goes all over the place.

The spit doesn't accept soil like this, the only fill used there today is dredged dirt from the harbour that the portlands corporation collects in maintaining the harbour.
 
Concrete made from dirt will not work too well!
Most concrete these days can be comprised of up to 25% sand and 50% aggregate - while the sand is "engineered" in the sense of particle size and quality, "dirt" does make good concrete.
