remember the olden days when brick was place one by one on site?

This still happens, it all depends on the build. If anything, this choice of application is longer lasting and easier to maintain.

Love the brick, love the fins, and I have to echo all the nice things people are saying about Claude Cormier. The way he engages with presenters during DRP meetings really speaks to his character. He'll give constructive feedback, of course, but he always delivers his critiques so gently and with obvious respect for the designers. Seems like a really great guy. Must be lovely to work with.

That's funny. I thought I saw someone snapping a pic and wondered if it was a UT'er or someone who owned a unit there. I mean, who else takes pics of construction sites?

Too bad you weren't wearing a Northern Light jacket so I could identify you...I would have said hello.

Why so much grey spandrel?

It'll probably come out looking fine in the end but these documents worry me.

Too early for judgement on the residential sections however the first tidbits show promise. Liking that round glass, the red brick panel and the red fins.

Yes I'm loving those fins too that are rich Indian red in colour that compliments the blue green glass. And also the dark glazed windows that blends in the brick on the north side of the development tower's . As seen in the photos up above.
