This mixed-use development property is a 50/50 joint venture between Allied and RioCan REIT (“RioCan”) that includes 1,172,001 of office GLA. At the end of the second quarter of this year, the office GLA was 86% leased to nine knowledge-based organizations. Practically everywhere that isn't within line of sight of a public school (as public schools are mainly in low-density residential areas) has a cannabis shop (and cannabis shops are prohibited from being 150m from public school property or 200m from the main entrance of a public school; it's unclear which criterion has higher priority).

Almost a major milestone, but not quite yet. Getting ready to take down the tower crane from The Well's office tower. The jitney crane (sorry - do not know the proper technical term) is now being installed on the roof. The main three legged structure of the jitney crane has been set up, and the tower crane is just lifting its operating mechanics into place.
