Getting taken to Lulu today on a corporate expense account. What should I order?
Their trousers look great and last a long time, even the slim fits are comfortable for cycling. They’re regularly $138 before tax so I always get them 40-70% off during their employee friends/family sales (I have a couple close friends working there).
Other clothes are good quality but all personal preference for styles.
Looking for generic holiday gifts? Grab some Lululemon fanny packs, they’re very popular.

i think hes talking about lulu bar LOL

Review: The food at Lulu wasn't that great. The "hot dog" bao was good, but the crab omelet and bbq duck were pretty bland. The lobster dumplings were good, but pretty tiny amount of lobster.
Agreed - food is meh but I'm a big fan of the 'Tiki Bar' style cocktails (especially when they're $10 during happy hour. Pineapple Negroni and Mango Mai Tai hit the spot.

One of the terrible parts about living in this type of complex is the lack of communication between the various stakeholders in this development.

Just 1 days notice for an activity that may not be "safe".

Curious to know from the real estate/construction professionals here - what's the purpose of these xrays?

I mean to be fair it is late at night, retail tenant sounds like they need to see inside the walls.

The Well has turned out better than i expected. i think a couple reasons for this are:

1. they paid good attention to the surrounding areas. thr rehab of wellington street with new pavers and street lampsgives it a very upscale feel. when walking in, and the patios are full it feels like yyou are in yorkkville and qalking on cobblestones. having the king toronto being built within view turned out to be good luck. hopefully the go station at spadina is nice and has connwctions to other go lines heading north.

2, they chose retaill wisely. the food options are very good.

i couls be wrong, but i thought i heard there were to be movie theatres in the well. has anyone heard if thst is still happenninga?that would be the cherry on top of an already good sundae.

others can expand on it, but the movie theatre was in the super old version of the plan, there was thoughts of a large grocery there too at one point

^Don’t forget that the building at the northeast corner of the site will be redeveloped at some point and can accommodate a cinema and likely a hotel.

Nope no movie theatre happening anymore. That was in the original plans, but the space (in the west end of the complex) has since been retrofitted while in initial construction for office use as they couldnt attract a tenant (ie: Cineplex wasnt interested).

It's Cineplex loss, but they dont think that's the case.

Wellington West is Billionaire row, so pavement and surrounding needs to reflect as such 🤣

Now with King Toronto $2000 per square foot, only Billionares can afford it lol
