The cladding looks great! I’m glad it has good depth to it and it wasn’t value engineered flat. From along Front street it has enough depth that you can’t see the windows at all.
This is building really stands out. Great addition to the neighbourhood, just sucks so many bands had to lose their jam spaces to make way for it!

More like 24 & 25; I bought a unit on the lower of the two floors with the windows installed and they are considered floors 11 & 12.

I am with you there. Also interesting to see that very drawing.
My unit designation starts with '11' < that's what I was going off with initially.
I see that floor survey included in my contract shows 'Level 10'.
Based on that image I am guessing that the top floor might end up with unit #s starting with '40'.
(apologies, wasn't my intention to confuse anyone)

Sincerely wish that King E limited things to 25 storeys because this would be pretty sweet as it is now. Corktown station is gonna get a couple 80s towers I’m sure, so I don’t think Front st needs to be made a canyon to warrant all the future transit.
