I agree 100% that this building is an asset to the neighbourhood but am not sure that this would necessarily have been the case if it had been taller. Adding height is NOT always better as buildings should fit into the neighbourhood they are in and having a super-tall here would not really be appropriate.

Of course! I wouldn't want a super tall here either, but another 10 floors might have made it a bit more of a focal point.

I think it is already a focal point - partly because it looks good and partly because most people are averting their eyes from its neighbour - the abysmal Time & Space!
