Yeah, I think we may have been a bit premature in a previous article in calling this one topped out. These photos taken today 4-29-2022 show the full 9 stories and the renders seem to indicate another very large mechanical (and possibly amenity space on top?). Some cladding also started, but no glazing that I could spot.

Devron threw a topping off party… even if they weren't quite finished topping off. Those things get planned weeks or even months in advance, so if they miss the schedule a little bit, if it's not too far off, they don't reschedule the party,

Oh lordy. I understand what colour they were trying to achieve with the precast, but boy oh boy, big failure on the pantone. yikes!
 
Saw this while traveling along Yonge on the weekend. The glazing looks fine, however the quality of the precast is on the mediocre side, to be generous.
