I think they're just dirty from sitting at the plant/ on a truck / on site and will probably get washed down after everything is mostly complete - this usually helps the panels appear more uniform.

Will they still be doing the window treatment on the lower units? That was a rather striking design feature and, without it, the building looks quite plain. Lamb usually builds good looking buildings so I am still hopeful they are coming.

The window treatments in the top portions don't match those of the rendering either: the windows have all definitely been value engineered, sorry.
