Yup, I walked by the other day and it still looks like an abandoned retail space.
It’s sad that almost nine years since this was built no real restaurant has ever opened here yet.

That’s unfortunate and disappointing. The plaza most likely won’t be occupied and animated by a patio (which it was designed for) and the windows covered from the public — the building will continue to look unfinished, dead and uninviting at the street level.

it’s so unfortunate considering the location and building. It had so much potential to offer a beautiful restaurant/bar patio to animate the street.
