Toronto-based developer Zev Mandelbaum’s newest venture, Altree Developments, has released details of three new multi-residential and mixed-use development projects it is planning for Toronto and New Jersey.
The projects are: 2 Forest Hill Road, as well as 30 & 44 Zorra Street in Toronto, and West Side Arts in Jersey City, N.J.
Plans for the 30 & 44 Zorra Street Development, located at The Queensway and Islington in Etobicoke consist of a 35-storey tower containing 340,000 square feet of gross residential floor area. It will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
30 & 44 Zorra Street will be located in The Queensway neighbourhood, an easily accessible community that delivers extensive retail offerings and nearby public green spaces.
The street is also the site of other major developments, including the IQ Condos Phase III by The Remington Group, across the road at 45 Zorra. IQ will contain nearly 1,000 units.
