Thanks! @GTAConstruction I'm guessing no from the image you sent. It would be pretty neat if they had the party room available as a co-working / lounge space when it's not booked.

This will be up to the condo corp, ultimately. The developer will fit out the space, but the corp can do more or less as it pleases once it's handed over, and a great many corps are "converting" (which usually just amounts to changing usage policies rather than much of a capital spend, at least in newer buildings) amenity spaces like party rooms (or whatever they've been called for marketing purposes) to operate more like co-working spaces.
