They charge on the Greyhound lot. Doesn't really answer whether the city is within their rights to barricade the gate preventing people from parking freely on the Acura site.
Free may be different but the sign says it's "limited time only".
 
Looks like the limited time is over. There's new signs up now that say "Monthly Parking Available" followed by a phone number.

This is one massive, overbearing, ugly heap.

I sincerely hope this design never sees the light of day.

This should blend in w/St. Lawrence/Esplanade while having some modern'ish interplay.

There needs to be brick, the building needs a smaller floor plate up top and needs substantially more setbacks.

The POPS should be re-thought; perhaps a useful park, or a court yard, or a decorative and narrower public lane system w/quirky retail......a hidden gem motif.
 
Obviously there is a bottom line here. They must need a lot of units on this site. It is not going to get better. The smaller this gets scaled back, the crappier the materials I would assume.
