As discussed above this date seems virtually impossible - even if they were working full-out on the site.

The key is raising your phone/camera above construction fencing that's low enough to take a photo.

The normal hoardings are pretty high, but there are gates where it’s easily low enough to do this.

Yeah. I’ve been thinking of buying a unit in the new building. I don’t think I will stay once that one starts construction.
