Yes, that's incorrect. It's 190.58m to the top of the parapet around the roof.

Two actually, on the north east and north west sides. Here, however, they're indicated to feature pin-supported glass.

Office space has also increased to four floors above the heritage building.

Yuckers.

Yeah - it doesn't look that far off the polished render

Update:
A new report has been released by the City of Toronto's Planning Department regarding the heritage alterations proposed at Westbank and Allied Properties REIT's 19 Duncan development in the Entertainment District, bringing to light Hariri Pontarini's revised design for the project. Alongside recommended changes to the way the some heritage aspects were handled, the City has also sought changes to the tower, with the new report covering a settlement offer by the applicants, addressing some of Planning's concerns.

The height has been reduced to 186.5 metres, or 611.72 feet. That may change again slightly when the detailed plans come in for the elevator overruns.

So the city is okay with the density and local traffic in the area? Not to mention the three other proposals nearby, the Mirvish+Gehry alone is bringing 1500+ units... 19 Duncan will literally be shadowed

At the the 379-391 Adelade pre-consultation, I saw this model (labelled "Duncan House", presumably inspired by Vancouver House?), though I think it's for the old version with less office space:

I do like the vertical stripes, but the balconies have to go.
