Agreed. Although the logistics of both sites makes for difficult builds, this project seems to be moving as expected given the complexities of a tiny staging area, façade retention, and slim footprint.
 
I'm not sure it's fair to compare length of development to something that had an almost year long work stoppage order, no matter how self inflicted it was.

That said though, this project appears to have a fairly complex podium. Two or them stack on each other what appears to be from the renderings, in fact! Plus a heritage component. So I am waging that this will rise in duration like molasses trickling down a 30 degree slope on a cold winters day. That is, it will seemingly feel like it will take forever before reaching the tower level. I could be all wrong on this though... >.<
