So dropped by to take a look. Soft opening for Simit&Chai space as well as my favourite restored door! Lol Apparently the apartments won’t be ready until Spring of next year. Can’t believe they are taking that long! The lost revenue! Taken 14 November.

The cladding of this building is beautiful but mechanical room is too ugly.

Admittedly though, that's a pretty sexy residential entrance there...

Ongoing visible progress, bit by bit. The balconies on the sough facade are now all basically complete. The railings that were missing on the upper floor balconies have now been installed.
