Unfortunately it's going to look kinda table toppy. A lot of similar height buildings going in.
A couple higher ones in VMC South proposed in the masterplan (65s-75s), but a lot of 40-55s ones.

I’m in Berlin this week and saw this new tower being built which reminded me of Transit City … I wondered “why does this building look so familiar?” Anyways, I took this photo of it this afternoon for you all.
