You're right - because of the design 2 units per floor on (1 on north and 1 on south) doesn't have a balcony. I assume the units with a missing balcony will have juliet doors that can be opened to look directly down on the balcony of the unit below effectively ruining any privacy a balcony typically provides. Seems very flawed and I really dislike when the design of a building comes before functionality.

Elevated walkway installed between TC4 and 5. Glazing also extends the whole height of the podium for both. TC6 (or whatever it's called) is further behind.

Very active site today in the frigid temps. Kudos to the worker bees. TC 4+5 progressing quickly, TC6(?) starting to gain height. Looking forward to more cladding going up on TC4 to start being able to better see the staircase effect.
