...least they're not replacing it with a lavish ballroom.
 
I thought they were preserving it? Or is it only a partial demo of the structure? Would be shame because it would add a lot of character to the development
 
This one is at Council as Markee has asked the OLT to reopen the Settlement.

The primary intent is to accommodate Mass Timber in the new buildings which means some additional vertical height even with the same number of storeys.

However, there are some other notable changes including +2s on one building, additional lot depth, and reorientation of several buildings. removing all underground parking in favour of an above-grade parking structure and a reduction in unit totals.
