Now the balcony glass is fully installed as well as all of the decorative glass on the southern elevation of the east tower.

Love it. The details have been taken care of here.

Now, with some sidewalk repair, and improvements to the park, this should become a very comfortable spot to kick back and watch the city go by.

Very nice outcome here if I ignore the townhouses on Bay. This place is full of rich students zipping in and out in their Beemers and MBs. Hope they take care of the place.

The townhouses are unforgivable. Isn't that exactly the sort of thing our zoning regime is supposed to prevent? How did townhouses on BAY STREET get approved?! It sticks out like a sore thumb.

They also all appear to be mostly completed but still empty.

Who wants to have their front door open onto Bay? I don't get the appeal of these.
Exactly. Especially at this price point. You open a window for fresh air while sleeping and you're listening to non-stop traffic 24/7. Especially in the winter with wet roads, it's constant swooshing.
