Great to see the sales center coming down. Looks like this is finally just nearing completion. I remember it was just a boarded up lot for so long, it's nice to see it all wrapping.

I find it very unfortunate that the courtyard space between the towers, despite the pleasant landscaping in other areas, serves as a parking lot.

Thank you for sharing those photos...a very well executed tower! The attention to details here is superb. My only small gripe is I wish they were a little more adventurous with the balcony glass colour/material. In doing so it may have provided a little more contrast with the tower itself and enhance that slant, which is not as obvious from a greater distance.

The balcony glass is almost complete on the east tower. They are starting to do some plantings at the base of the east tower on the Bay St. side.

They have finally added what I guess is the final layer of pea gravel around the benches in the courtyard.
