That's the first photo i've seen with someone actually working on site. Maybe they are getting serious.

Wow, pretty depressing pic...closing in on the month of May with the trees still bare, rubbish scattered all over the street, and these buildings 7 years later at ground level

It's end of term for university students. All campuses look like this for about 3-4 days at the end of April.

Friday, May 10:

Starting up forms on the third floor on the townhouses to lay down the roof:

South site townhomes and part of St. Mary's townhomes are about done. Looks like a maze in there for a big pour (transfer slab before tower starts?):

Thanks for the pics! Great vantage point. Looks like some substaintial progress here recently. This will be on more people's radar as it rises. It's now on mine :D

This should pick up dramatically now, as the footprint that they need to form and pour has been drastically reduced. They've also got piles of room in that courtyard for staging, so there's no reason for this to not start flying up

These are attractive row houses, but it's bewildering that we're still building residential like that in the core... and on Bay Street for that matter. What were they thinking? Why not build some ranch homes while they're at it. A car port would be nice.

Town homes framing a tower (or towers) can be very successful (see the town homes at ROCP or Radio City) all depending how they are worked into the site and design.
