I was just thinking this circle has an example of pretty much everything architecturally unique about Toronto. There's the streetcar, some classic rowhouses with a laneway around back, that funky PoMo school and the now common juxtaposition of a modern addition to a historic building. You can even see the CN tower, it's like a little sample pack of Toronto.

I like the work cleaning up the heritage building, and perhaps this project focuses on the interior space (which ultimately is the whole point of buildings); however, I admit that I don't really get what this building's North side addition is all about from the exterior aesthetically. Perhaps we will see more clearly as it approaches completion.
 
I'm going to take a page from @Biljet's post above and start on the west side, but I'm going to go around in a counter-clockwise fashion.

The Dean has communicated with faculty and students that services will begin moving into the building this fall with students occupying the studio spaces come January.
