does anyone know when the duct bank (currently located where the vehicular entry will daylight) will be demolished and relocated?

Two months since my last visit, progress is slow, but tangible, Photos taken March 26th, 2023:

Have to laugh at how many trees in this area that were protected by 'Tree Protection Zones' have subsequently been removed:
Now we're moving on to the look at Front Campus/King's College Circle. The entire roadway is now closed to traffic, and the west side is even closed to pedestrians as well. That made good shots a bit harder to come by:
Yup, there are stairs again, though they aren't open yet:

Update from today’s walkabout. Stating at Hart House Circle (map included for reference)
A gazebo seems to be taking shape
The little plaza in front of the observatory (used as a site office) is now called Lee Sai- Yick Garden
Moving on to King’s College Circle
Looking Southeast - looks like a pedestrian entrance to the underground parking
Former lawn - looking south
North side of the ‘circle’ - former road in front of King’s College (future pedestrian walkway) is now tiled
Looking northeast - former lawn
West side (by Knox College) - this part is still closed and partly tiled
A detour through the back of Convocation Hall takes you back to the southwest corner of the Circle. Plaza in front of Convocation Hall is tiled
