Looks very close to the original base space.
Same exposed concrete, same principle light fixtures.
Main changes appear to be furnishing, along with sound dampening, some screens and minor ornamentation of walls.
Looks decent.

It bothers me that it's still not totally done. There are little deficiencies around the exterior that haven't been fixed. And the grassy / park-like area just north of it hasn't been fixed up either. There is a generator still parked on site that hasn't been used for months and months. The concrete had been dug up on the pathway and I don't think it has been replaced yet, but not sure. There was a lighting pole still down too the last time I checked.
