I disagree. I think the initial phase looks fantastic, and if you forced them to retain the facade it would take away from this architecture in the future phase. I don't think the existing building adds to the area, so understand why its not designated.

I'm not sure what any interim use plan may look like here........

I think the University is very pleased with how phase 1 went and has filled thus far........

Once financing costs have moderated, and phase 1 is closer to full, I would expect to see phase 2 go forward.

Impossible to give a hard timeline at this juncture, but I could see it moving ahead in the next 18-24 months, just not yet.
