I count 23 floors out of 27 with concrete formed?

It’ll be 37 floors*

UC7 will be 37 storeys, UCE in the photo above (UC6) is expected to be 26 or 27 storeys. I believe the tower is actually 24 storeys high with the concrete poured. The first level is actually 2 storeys, the side that faces Bayly has two levels. I believe because those are townhouse (2-storey condo)units.
