The annual sunshine list is out now, and the premier of Ontario earned less then the former exec overseeing UP Express. In fact the head of GO Transit made only $249k while the head of UP Express made $272k. What a gravy train.

The girl got fired and is out. Can we move on from this topic and focus on the actual service and more pertinent topics such as future electrification of UPX? Honestly don't care how much one individual makes as long as UPX becomes an integral part of our transit system that is efficient and user-friendly.
 
Just wait until the Province decides to appoint an exec overseeing the operation of each of the LRT systems they are constructing. The head of the Crosstown line would probably make 300k, while the ION exec would make 330k, Finch West LRT 340k, etc..

But yes, I think we are getting carried away a little bit, I just couldn't resist though
 
While we may know how much Rob Ford made as Councillor ($105,397), we don't know how much he (and Doug) makes at Deco Labels. Rob would be on that "Sunshine List".

and can you imagine the severance pay, of course this matters. You add up these hundreds of thousands of dollars its a subway station

Well not really....realistically it would be enough to purchase 1 GO Transit single deck coach (if you count the salary and severance).
