Wasn't sure if I should post in the Restaurant thread (I'll cross-post there and feel free to delete this if Mods deem necessary), but Union Chicken is going to start build-out tomorrow for a November opening. It's not Cinnabon, but maybe the smell of rotisserie chicken can be a consolation prize?

I'm curious as to the details of how water is channelled off and away from the west moat roofs. Anyone with insight?

If you look at the top of the lengthwise beams at the outer edges, you'll see that they are channelized. If I didn't know any better, I'd suggest that they have been designed to act as rain gutters.
