It may not even be a restaurant at this point. The building permit above mentions office space.

They also have permit applications in for both plumbing and mechanical and there were guys working there an hour ago. (Note to @raptor The permit above says it is NOT to do with Ossmington's office space.) I am betting it's still a restaurant as it's prime public space.

Spring 2020 seems to be a product of the "shared access agreement" mentioned in the article, which allows Metrolinx to start their work while the City finishes theirs.
