Reserve, Westdale continue partnership at T.O’s Line 5 condos

Untitled, a condo with 33- and 21-storey towers and a shared podium, will contain 751 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and 30,000 square feet of amenity space at 110 Broadway Ave.

The site was acquired four years ago from a private group and occupied by low-rise apartment buildings that were to be removed to make room for Untitled.

About 82 per cent of Untitled’s units have been sold after launching a month before COVID-19 impacted the market. Fenton hopes to start construction in the first quarter of 2021.

Sorry. This is a huge demolition, now completed, site that may be for three projects but looks just like one massive site. All that remains is some cleanup and preparation for shoring equipment, although one of the photos shows one already on site in the northwest corner of the site.

There's a front-page article on UT today that has the same photo, in colour. How is it possible to gather a crowd of 9 people in Toronto in 2021 and have it just happen to be exclusively middle-aged white men?
