I imagine due to the collaboration with Pharrell earlier, Reserve Properties are putting more initiative here on the aesthetics to have more of a "signature project" appeal.

Don’t think it being incredibly dirty is helping… but agreed the base is a let down thus far

I really like the podium. Its dark, clunky and visually interesting. The glass on this looks great, but I would have been into seeing a taller built form with this type of treatment. It has some almost brutalist vibes.
